Conscientious and determined, Mr. Hill got his first job at Winn Dixie in 1983 and got promoted to a task that later became a specialty service for his company. He set a high standard for his work performance and his diligence reaped great rewards as he continued to grow and develop.
He enrolled at Albany State University, where he graduated with a B.A. in Business in 1990, and continued to work at Winn Dixie. His advancement at the grocer elevated him to the overnight assignment of cleaning its floors; his introduction to commercial cleaning. That duty, combined with a car cleaning business that he also developed, germinated into the roots of his present company.
Mr. Hill joined the Army ROTC while at Albany State and later received an active duty commission to 2nd Lt. in the U.S. Army Medical Services Branch. He moved to San Antonio, TX and served there.
After his military tour, Mr. Hill moved to Atlanta, GA and worked in management for Publix. He also started a mobile car washing/detailing business and realized that he was ready to branch out on his own. He left Publix in May 1997 and started Sensational Facility Services.
